Membership Plans
Kalyanam Matrimony offers various membership plans to suit your needs:
- Silver Plan: ₹750 + 18% GST (3 months validity)
- Gold Plan: ₹1,200 + 18% GST (6 months validity)
- Diamond Plan: ₹1,750 + 18% GST (12 months validity)
- Diamond Platinum: ₹2,450 + 18% GST (24 months validity)
Refund Policy
Important: All membership fees are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated. However, refunds may be considered in specific circumstances.
Eligible for Refund
Refunds may be processed in the following cases:
- Technical issues preventing access to paid features
- Duplicate payment due to technical error
- Service not activated within 24 hours of payment
- Marriage fixed within 7 days of membership purchase (with proof)
Not Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind after purchase
- Unable to find suitable match
- Profile suspended due to policy violation
- Membership validity expired
- Contact views already used
How to Request Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@kalyanammatrimony.in
- Include your registered email and phone number
- Provide transaction details and reason for refund
- Attach any supporting documents if applicable
Refund Processing
- Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days
- Approved refunds will be credited to original payment method
- Processing fee may be deducted from refund amount
