Membership Refunds
- All membership fees are generally non-refundable once activated
- Refund requests within 7 days of payment may be considered on a case-by-case basis
- Processing fee may be deducted from refund amounts

- Technical issues preventing service access (verified by our team)
- Duplicate payments made in error
- Service not delivered as promised

- Include your member ID and payment details
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
