1.How can I register myself on the website?
To register, simply fill in your required details on the Create an Account  Form as accurately as possible and click on the ‘Register Me’ button, you will get a mail to your registered E-mail ID , click on click here to confirm your mail ID in your mail and login to your account , click on the verify phone no. link  in your profile you will be getting an OTP in your registered mobile number, enter the OTP number in the please enter verification code box and click verify button , now your mobile number is verified and your are good to do any kind of updating to your profile and complete it


2.How to upload the photograph?
Login to our website and go to your profile page. Then click on Add Photo link, now click on uploads and photo upload, you can upload your recent photographs In JPG or GIF format, the size of each photograph should be 200Px(W) X 150Px(H) . You can upload a maximum of 10 photographs.


Why should I attach my photograph?
 A picture is worth a thousand words and makes your profile truly come alive. The most viewed and popular profiles are the ones that have an attached photograph. So, we recommend you to upload your photo to further enhance your profile and increase your chances of finding your partner- quickly.


3.How to Type  your Horoscope?
Login to our website and go to your profile page. Then click on Update Profile  link, you will be redirected to your profile info page, click on uploads link and upload your scanned horoscope here. 


4.I would like to set my partner preference, How do I do that?
Login to our website and go to your profile page. Then click on Update Profile  link, you will be redirected to your profile info page, click on Partner Preference  link and enter your preference and just click the save button once you have finished  


5.How do I contact someone?
To contact a person just go to their profile and click on view full profile you can find their contact number in the contact information column. You can initiate contact with them by sending them any one of the preformatted messages. If you are our paid member.


6.How can I search my perfect partner? What are the search options available?
The search on our website is user- friendly
Types of search options available are:
Quick Search
enables you to search fast using the parameters like Gender, Age, Religion, Caste & Sub Caste
Refined search
This search has been made on several more parameter like
Marital status- whether unmarried, divorcee with or without  children, widow/widower with or without children, Handicapped
Mother Tongue, Age, Caste, Sub caste, Religion, Education, Country, Profession, Rasi & Star
Search by ID
 you can search using the Matrimonial User ID
Remarriage Search
 Allows you to search for second marriage


7.How do I send Personalised message to someone?
You can send Personalised Mail to other members go to their profile and click on  contact a notification message will appear click on contact request  . You can communicate with the members who have ‘accepted’ you irrespective of whether they are paid Member or not.


8.How do I Send Express Interest to someone?
If you are our Free or paid member, you can send Express interest to other members to do that go to their profile and click on Express Interest link. Now your message will be sent to the profile member. You will have to wait for any further response of Acceptance or Decline from the profile member.


9.What is Accept or decline in Express Interest?
If you get Express Interest from other member then that member is interested in your profile. He/ She is waiting for your response so you should Accept or decline his or her interest. If you are our Free or paid member, Login to Your Profile  page and  click on the interest received tab. If you are interested in this profile click Accept. If you are not interested click decline, now your message will be sent to the profile member


10.How can I block/unblock  other members Personalized Mails?
If you are a paid member, go to their profile and click on Block member link . Now all messages are blocked from this member to you. If you want to view blocked members list just go to your profile page  and  click on blocked profiles link in list/views column, if you want to unblock the message click on blocked user it will be unblocked.


11.How can I Compare, Forward and  Bookmark?
Compare- This link is used for comparing profiles at the time of search. You can select up to 4 profiles and compare them on parameters like Age, Religion, Mother tongue, Height, Occupation, Marital Status, Complexion, Annual Income and location.
Forward- By using this link, you can forward profiles to your Friends, Relatives or to your personal mail ID.
Bookmark- Once you have found someone. If you want to add to your bookmark you can select their profile and click on my prospect.


12.How can I Delete/ Hide my profile from the website?
To Delete/ Hide your profile, Login to our website and go to your profile page. Then click on update  Profile  link, you will be redirected to your profile info page. Click on settings and  select Delete/ deactivate profile  link now you can Delete or Hide your profile from the website.


13.How to recover my password?
Go to login link and click forgot password, enter your E-mail ID in the space provided and click the submit button, your username and password will be sent to your registered E-mail ID


14.How to make online payment to become a paid member?
 Login to our website and go to your profile page. Then click on upgrade now  link, you will be redirected to your profile info page. Click on settings and  select  upgrade package and click continue, confirm your details and click the confirm button, select the mode of payment which you want to pay and click on make payment, once the transaction is completed you will get a confirmation mail in your registered E-mail ID, if the transaction gets failed the fund will be reverted back to your bank account in 2 working days
